Events

What the builders are putting on.

Every builder publishes their own listing: their zones, their capacity, their price. This is what your audience sees.

How it works

From idea to open doors in three moves.

  1. 1

    Create the event

Zones, capacity and price in one form. General and VIP come ready; change them whenever you like.

  2. 2

    Sell where you already are

One link of yours, in your bio or on the poster. People pay with what they already use and the ticket is ready to download straight away.

  3. 3

    Open the doors

Your team scans with a phone. Every ticket works once, and you see how many people are inside.

What's included

All the boring parts, already handled.

  • Single-use ticket

A signed QR that expires. The screenshot forwarded to the group chat won't get in twice — the database guarantees it, not good faith.

  • Payments from here

Card, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Buyers see the method their bank offers, with nothing for you to configure.

  • Validation from a phone

The QR opens a validation page in the phone's browser. Each ticket works once. Nothing to install, no expensive scanners.

  • Live dashboard

Sold, revenue, occupancy per zone and scans, to the minute. The list in CSV whenever you need it.

  • Nothing loads without consent

Fonts served from our own domain, so your audience's IP never reaches a third party. Nothing that needs consent loads before you have it.

  • Ticket in the pocket

A downloadable ticket with its QR, to keep on the phone or print.

No plugins, no separate payment module, no scanners rented by the night.

FAQ

No small print.

If yours is missing, write to us — actual people answer.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the event and whether you're selling one night or a whole season, so we talk it through before you sign anything. What you won't find is a hidden percentage showing up in the payout.

Do I have to buy hardware?

No. One phone with a camera per person on the door. Two entrances, two phones.

Can I still sell at the box office?

Yes, with the same link. Whoever turns up without a ticket buys from their phone in the queue, and capacity is deducted in the same place as everything else.

Who owns my audience data?

You do. We only process it to issue and validate the ticket. No trackers, no list reselling, and we don't advertise to your crowd based on what they bought at your venue.

Does it work for a 40-person talk?

For that and for a three-stage festival. You start on your own with one small event and, if it grows, you don't change tools.

About Gululabs

A small studio building for the scene next door.

LULOtix is the ticketing product of Gululabs, a software studio in Munich. We write the code, work the late door shifts and answer the email ourselves. That's why it looks more like what a venue needs than what a quarterly spreadsheet needs.

Start it yourself

Set the event up, share the link, and we'll talk price once you've actually tried it.

Or write to us at hello@gululabs.com
